Upon checking into Casa Nicolasa, I found the quaint rural house to be a charming retreat in the heart of Capiliera. The proximity to the main plazas and a tapas bar added convenience, though the uphill trek to the public parking might be a slight inconvenience for some. The house itself is a cozy haven with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings around the dining table. The hot water shower was a welcome touch during chilly mornings. The hosts thoughtfully provided maps and local information, enhancing our experience.While the traditional ambiance and personalized service were delightful, the absence of on-site parking and distant off-site parking might not suit all guests. The inclusion of modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV ensured a comfortable stay, yet the lack of certain facilities such as a dryer might be noted. For those seeking a rustic escape and access to scenic hikes in the stunning surroundings, Casa Nicolasa presents a good value proposition with a touch of traditional charm.
